Service Description

Looking to host a stress-free and unforgettable event? Look no further than THE EventPlanner, LLC! Our team will be a one-point of contact to ensure your event or special occasion runs seamlessly. Service Offered: 1. THE EventPlanner, LLC will provide 2-4 coordinators. One coordinator will be specifically assigned to the "Primary(s)" 2. THE EventPlanner, LLC will contact all vendors, venues, and personnel involved in the success of your event/special day. 3. THE EventPlanner, LLC will create a comprehensive and efficient "game plan" for the coordination and execution of your event/special day. 4. THE EventPlanner, LLC will be your one-point of contact with all vendors, venues, and personnel. THE EventPlanner, LLC primary coordinator will report directly to you. 5. THE EventPlanner, LLC will be on site to make sure all vendors, venue, and personnel are adhering to the service agreements between you and their respective organizations.


Cancellation Policy

✅The non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. ✅The contract must be signed and returned within 48 hours of receipt. Services will not be provided until the contract is signed and returned. If contract is not signed and returned within the 48 hour grace period, a $50 rebooking fee will be charged in order to rewrite and send the contract. ✅ Balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the event to. If you are needing to cancel, 24 hour notice from the scheduled start time must be given to avoid being charged the full amount of your event. Note: Payment can be made online, cash or via CashApp. There is an additional 10% (of our total service) processing fee for checks and check payments must be made 2 week prior to your service date.
